Mixed, they can offer multiple bases/equip in each class, so your classdate wont determine what your equip is.

How senior is JFK/LGA?

Also in multi equipment bases, specifically the junior most base, what is the junior equipment?
JFK/LGA are both junior. I think LGA is going to be a little more junior than JFK, but either one should be easy to get right off the bat. As long as you get the ERJ in some base, transferring to NYC is easy.

Most junior equip is a toss up, we have recalled pilots going into all 3 and newhire slots for all 3.

They're mixed. Classes for different types will be running concurrently.

I was one of the 3 that made it on tuesday, and I was not in the pool or a furloughee. I submitted my airlineapp and was called 2 hours later for the interview.

I have 1000+ multi, 900 of that is multi turbine.

Good luck, it was a straight forward process and I can't wait to start class!

Congrats and welcome aboard! What was your total time? Previous 121/135 experience?

Are they still offering the Baymont for $45 for the interview? Is Bill still doing the Sim? Was it in the Fokker or something different. Don't forget to update the gouges if you can. Congrats and welcome aboard.

If you have 1200tt and 2 years 135 I'm going to guess all your time then is sic. congrats on the job man. I didn't think the interview was bad 2 years ago, but they don't like my lack of multi this round.

No current flying job back then, and nos from Eagle, CoEx, Skyway, Mesaba, Comair, etc., etc.

That's the thing, if you are furloughed right now, and you haven't touched a plane or haven't had a "flying" job in the past 12 months you are SOL. With American Eagle making it a requirement to have a current flying job, the majority of furloughed pilots won't get a call because they don't meet the requirements.

It is a crappy situation. Flight schools won't hire furloughed airline guys, because they know you will bail as soon as something better comes along. Most 135 companies won't hire 121 guys, because you've been SIC in a glass plane and haven't flown single-pilot IFR in a while or at all. You can't compete for the corporate/charter jobs, because for one, there are very few and you got no chance when you go up against a furloughed NetJets or Flexjet guy. So, the only chance right now to get back into flying would be 121, either by recall or going to another regional, but this "12 month job requirement" just eliminated or reduced your chances of that. So, what are we suppose to do?
