You, your spouse/registered companion and parents can travel immediately. After 2 years you can register up to 12 people and you get 24 one way passes per year. Once you put someone on they must stay there for a year before you can take them off. Anyone who isn't on the no-fly list can use them. If anyone lives outside the US there is extra paperwork to fill out.

Your parents count toward the 24 (I think) You and your spouse/RC have unlimited travel.

If I made a mistake someone will let us know.

Since my kids won't get any travel benefits for 24 months, I won't feel bad about leaving them when my wife and I go somewhere!

You, spouse and kids get unlimited passes immediately. The thing that happens in 2 years is the buddy passes. They are for friends and neighbors, grown kids, etc. Cost a little more. ie LGA-STL = $62.

Default Captain's review board

Does anybody know when the next Captain's review board meets, and how frequently they meet?

Kids under 18 or up to 22 if they are a full time student.

I'm thinking that they meet tomorrow 8/27. Today is my 30 days from my interview and the other guy who got the letter with me said that they called him last week to send in one more employment verification and it needed to be in by TODAY. With that I'm only assuming it's tomorrow. I also think that they meet every other Friday. Again not sure, but that's what I've heard.

Thanks. I don't think my stuff will be in this one, but I am hoping for next week! Interviewed 8/9

Nothing yet.

I'm just waiting as long as I can to tell them. They said I should receive an email with information regarding the class, but I have yet to receive it. After some thought though, I don't think I want to go there now anyway. I like my current gig better even if it means no progression. Just hoping for Eagle to give me a call in the next couple of weeks. Its only been a week since I interviewed but it has been one of the longest weeks of my life.

Since some of the other threads have been talking about age and senority in class, I think I'm going to have last pick in my class and I'm really hoping to stay away from the CRJ. I'll take anything anywhere if it means keeping me out of the CRJ.

I'm still waiting for the call too. It has been a long 2 1/2 weeks!

Looks like I'll probably get first pick in my class, assuming I make it past the review board. ATR SJU is my first pick, but CRJ LGA is second because it will be the easiest commute and I have friends and family in New York. Hope to see you in class!
