American Eagle to hire

No. Just because you state your preference of aircraft/base when you get the call doesn't mean that's the way it will be on the first day when people pick. In my class a couple of the folks told them CRJ and ended up getting SJU ATR.

Anyone have a suggestion on where to obtain a gouge for the interview? Is there a website that is better than the rest? I have an interview in a couple weeks and would like to study up, thanks for the assistance

aviationinterviews.com and willflyforfood.cc, plus talking with a friend of mine who just went through the interview, was all it took. They are looking for teachable, not a Shuttle commander!
The Sim is VERY pitch sensitive. If you have never flown a FRASCA, it probably won't be your best effort, but again, they are looking for good skills, not a FRASCA expert. Make sure you are hand flying as much as possible (safely, of course) and keeping your scan up.
Memorize the AE mission/vision statement, specifically the "safest, most reliable, most successful" part, with an emphasis on "safest".
Good luck!

I would reemphasis the safety part as well. Just be yourself. They are looking for people who will not only be a great pilot but someone who will fit the American Eagle culture and work well with others.
