American Eagle to hire

REALLY, WALMART is a better gig? Does walmart offer 401k matching, insurance, 13/14/15 days off in a month? If that is much better, why don't you give up your seat in the 75/76 and go work there?

Even better, commit tax fraud and get sent to white collar prison. You get more days off, all your basic necessities are paid for, and you get all the free gay sex you can handle! So yeah, the heck with being a regional pilot! Prisoners have a better QOL!
(YES THIS IS ALL SARCASM IN RESPONSE TO THE USUAL FLAMBOYANT CLAIM OF WALMART/FAST FOOD WORKERS HAVING BETTER QOL THAN REGIONAL PILOTS)

Yes indeed I have. Just furloughed from an airline that has nothing to do with AMR, and curious to see how this works.
So yes, back to "this crap again," anyone with an actual answer, that would be great....thanks.

As far as I know, 35 will be flowing by the end of June. Then the 100 or so guys furloughed this past February will get called back whenever AA needs them back, then the rest of the 244. After that its recall/flowthru in seniority order for those with numbers. Then when AA hires off the street again Eagle guys go on a 1:1 ratio with off the street guys with 800 or so slots reserved for that. That's how I understand it. It's a complicated situation and I'm a pretty junior FO so I haven't paid a huge amount of attention to it, so if I'm wrong someone else can chime in.
On another note, does anybody know what the future plans for LGA EMJ are? I remember seeing something about bringing the fleet down to 7 EMJ's due to the CRJ arrival, meaning they'd probably have to displace, but I can't find it anywhere on Jetnet. Right now we have a little over 90 FO's here, so cutting back to 7 a/c (if that number is right) would be a pretty big displacement...Thanks
