Default Paid job websites.

Gents and Ladies,

Of all the websites out there for jobs, which ones are the best for the money? findapilot.com is going to be "pay to play" soon. This is why I am asking?

Sorry if this is a repeat thread. But in light of all the recent turn of events in our economy I just am making sure a gas tank (civic) worth of money will not be going to waste.

Depends on your qualifications. With around 900 hrs, I found climbto350.com to be a complete and utter waste of money.

Blackwing, thanks for the info,

Any other comments about findapilot.com or willflyforfood.com??

I too am concerned about paying for a website that helps me zilcho in finding a new job. I know paying for airlineapps.com is pointless because most of the companies they ship applications to are furloughing.

Climb to 350 may be a rip off, but it got me my current job. I have had several interview offers as a result of the site.

climbto350 is pretty good; a lot of international advertising there (india/china/africa airline opportunities). planejobs.com is also a great, almost pure corporate site; not as many jobs posted as others, but you see the big corporate departments advertise there.
Also, all big companies usually post on monster and careerbuilder, so I would always check there as well (since they're free).

I highly recommend the pilot job board at www.willflyforfood.cc! Got some great leads from them and a couple of job offers. They are absolutely not all foreign jobs. The majority are based in the US although there are many opportunities overseas. Not many US based airlines hiring but many coporate and charter positions. Also I have found that their customer service is top notch should you have any questions or problems!
