I'm curious. When you say you've gotten a job off of these sites. Does that mean you posted a resume and they called you, or you searched the site and found a job posting and applied to it. I've simply been searching the job postings....is there a better way??? Thanks!

For me on willflyforfood I was contacted to interview by two companies simply off of my resume that I placed in their database. I was also interviewed by two other companies that I had applied to and offered the job. I had to turn both offers down as I have not been furloughed yet and my current employer won't let me leave early. Hope this helps!

One of AirlinePilotForums' sister sites is www.aviationemployment.com (also owned by Internet Brands). It is broader than pilots, but does get a relatively steady stream of pilot job postings.
