Part 91 jobs for low timers?

There are flight schools out there offering free CFI training. Like American Winds Flight Academy in Akron, Ohio. www.teachmetofly.com

Get a stack of resumes and go every airport within a couple hours drive. Go to every building and talk to anyone who will listen. Give each of them a resume. The odds are somebody knows a guy who needs a pilot. Most of them will want more experience than you have, but not all.
The girls behind the counters at FBOs are great sources too. They know everyone who is based there. Many times an owner will want a commercial "babysitter" to ride along. May or may not be any stick time, but the jobs put a few buck in your pockets.

Post some stuff up on the local FBO's board, someone always wants a buddy to fly with. Also a long shot but there are actually a few law firms that own smaller planes who like a pilot or two on staff to call up as needed for trips. I worked for a firm in San Antonio while I instructed for 2 years flying guys around in a turbo 210. Sweetest general aviation plane Id ever flown for sure. paid 40 an hour and got out of a ticket once too with the help of one of my passengers haha :-D
