FltOps.com Job Fair - May 16, 2008

FltOps.com is hosting its second JobFair, this time in Las Vegas on May 16th, 2008.

The first event held in DFW last October used a new format that divides airlines (and registration fees) by high time & low time rooms. This format allows job seekers to maximize face time with airlines you might be targeting, and provides a little financial relief for low time pilots.

The "High Time" room is $89 (lunch included) and will host:

AirTran Airways
- 2500 TT, 1000 ME, 500 PIC or military equivalent
CAE SimuFlite
- 1500 FW or 500 rotor for Sikorsky positions
Compass Airlines
- TBA
Continental Airlines
- 1500 FW TT, 500 PIC Turbine
Delta Air Lines
- 1200 FW TT, 1000 FW Turbine, 500 PIC
JetBlue Airways
- TBA
Northwest Airlines
- 1200 FW TT, 1000 FW Turbine, 500 PIC
Skybus Airlines
- TBA
United Airlines
- 1200 FW TT, 1000 FW Turbine, 500 ME PIC

Low time room, is $39.00 (no lunch) and will host:

Atlantic Southeast Airlines
Colgan Air
Comair
Mesa Air Group
Mesaba Airlines
Pinnacle Airlines
PSA Airlines

Why is Compass in the High times?...They are Regionl airline, like AMR or Mesa. Should they not be in lowtime with th other regionals?

hmmm, I see from the list, not hiring, ditto, ditto again, out of business, ditto, not hiring and maybe one in the major room is still in business and hiring. Don't waste you money.
