An opportunistic law firm seeking to rehash the same basic lawsuit brought in every merger in the last decade? Shocking. Think of this, all the major "work" has been done, just update some verbiage and data with different companies and routes and viola, you have yourself a class action suit on the cheap!

The law firm does a lot of anti merger work. They mayve influenced the outcome of the JB merger, but the judge did specifically comment about the losss o ULCC seats which may affect ticket prices.
They did also try to block the Alaska/Virgin merger and Microsoft/Acvtivision and lost in both cases.
As usual no matter what the outcome is, the lawyers win.

The primary reason for our losses is our debt…imagine if we could restructure it… Don’t get me wrong, it would be bad for our contract, but overall good for the company. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to this…
