I have tried to see both sides of the arguments. Fostro has brought up some valid points. Although the delivery could have been more tactful.

I feel union has not answered those on here, and even on pilot all calls they have a certain attitude of "you are not privy to all the information we are and therefore you don't know what you are talking about and should just shut up and let us make decisions and sign LOAs for you"

I wish all of you the best over there- my decision to leave was purely a business decision on how I thought the SLI and JCBA would affect my career progression.

99% of the people at Hawaiian were a pleasure to work with and this is the first company I genuinely still loved when I decided to leave, but losing a million bucks a day with the only plan being a buyout from a 737 carrier based in SEA didn't fit into my long-term plans.

Aloha everyone
The ULCC was king until it wasn’t, being at FedEx/UPS seemed like a much better option than a zombie carrier like American Airlines, and on and on. One thing is for sure……Good Luck to us All!

It's not under "Resigned" it's listed as "removed from the list", do better. FYI, half the users on "HU" know my name, which tells me your way out of the circle.

Aloha everyone

Congratulations "FyrePilot", Best of luck!

You are correct the MEC has never addressed my proven facts, all they try to do is ruin my credibility and exercise the MOB Mentality. Delivery is rough but needed, once the MEC started controlling "Voggers" we had to switch gears. That said I agree with you that HA is an amazing place with amazing people, unfortunately, we can't choose our management and now we must look out for our futures. On that note we can choose our MEC, well not anymore since they started the new LEC, that was genius even tho I called it out many many months ago. I wish the HA pilots the best of luck and hope the merger goes through.

Fostro is taking a break. Let's get this thread back on the track of civility.

Thanks.

Thank you for that. He had a couple of valid points buried in the rhetoric and drivel. While I utterly disagree with his entire approach I appreciate you as a moderator for letting him say his peace. But that was enough.

No doubt. Messaging aside, the tone was bizarre. Not quite infantile.

Good Luck United! LOL, Friend we are just fine, you might want to take a look at your balance sheet and the SLI.

Think he was talking about you, buddy, not your new airline! Good luck to you over there, and thank you for your concern. We will be fine.
