"Ttail" I'm just a Crazy Guy? You still haven't replied to my response proving you wrong and that you have no clue what you're talking about! You should've kept your mouth shut friend, now I will have to post this again waiting for your reply! Pilots read "Ttail" response above, this tells you he is a complete novice and is probably on paid ALPA time responding to Forums.

I for one can’t wait! I’ve been at HAL a long time, and the LEC meetings I’ve attended have been generally underwhelming. However, I do have very vivid memories of a few LEC meetings. I sure hope you and your hui show up as I’m looking forward to that. Cheehoo!

Careful "GoBows" have you seen the HA MEC and Negotiating Team, tough looking bunch! Just don't get in between them and the buffet line and you will be ok. Don't forget those other tough-looking guys on the NC, especially the one on the promo video, he's a mean-looking guy, he looks like he could ride with the "Mongols". LOL
"GoBows" if you are married take your wife as backup, that's all you will need to handle that group. Wish I was going with you friend, I would love to get in between them and the buffet line.

I have tried to see both sides of the arguments. Fostro has brought up some valid points. Although the delivery could have been more tactful.
I feel union has not answered those on here, and even on pilot all calls they have a certain attitude of "you are not privy to all the information we are and therefore you don't know what you are talking about and should just shut up and let us make decisions and sign LOAs for you"
I wish all of you the best over there- my decision to leave was purely a business decision on how I thought the SLI and JCBA would affect my career progression.
99% of the people at Hawaiian were a pleasure to work with and this is the first company I genuinely still loved when I decided to leave, but losing a million bucks a day with the only plan being a buyout from a 737 carrier based in SEA didn't fit into my long-term plans.
