Lets get the easy stuff done first. Pilot only parking at the ATC lot. Company doesn't even honor that part of the contract.
I should have kept a running total of parking emails over the last 2 decades. It has to be in the hundreds. We have to be able to find a gravel and dirt lot somewhere. It's Hawaii, lots of gravel and dirt.

I thought for a minute you were a disgruntled former MEC member but it’s becoming quite clear that you really are new and have no idea what you are talking about.
If you are referring to the recent changes to section 8, then you don’t know the history and understand what the language changes mean.

I'm talking about our previous MEC Chair who established language to prevent an MEC member or ALPA Chair from going into management without waiting a minimum of 3 years. However, when our current "Director of Pilot Planning" decided to jump from ALPA Scheduling Chair to the company in the middle of negotiations, our MEC had no problems with it and then changed the rules. GOOD OLE' BOYS at work! Do your homework, or maybe just suck it up and fly, you will learn so much. I know it's hard to fly when you are in the cockpit and everyone is extremely quiet because they don't like you.

-At least when I'm in the cockpit nobody is talking about what a terrible job I'm doing and how I have No Integrity. My peers respect me, as for you Mr. MEC/NC you probably avoid the lounge and flying like the rest of them. Nothing like being on a long SYD flight and the only topic is what a piece of S%&* our MEC/NC teams are.

You’re confusing the word respect with tolerate. You and the 10 pilots you fly with doesn’t equal everybody. You guys should try and make a go at taking the union jobs though. You make them sound like such a great gig.

Fostro, you seem to have a lot of difficulties with a lot of people...there's an old adage that may apply.....if you fly with someone who's a jerk...you've flown with a jerk....if you fly with a lot of jerks, than you are a jerk..

Speaking of Parking, it was brought to our attention on "HU" that our MEC Chair gets to leave his vehicle full-time in the ALPA parking stall that is labeled "MEC CHAIR". Also, all other ALPA stalls are now reserved and labeled for the MEC use only, not the committee members or HA Pilots. Our MEC Chair parks his car in an ALPA stall which we pay for while he is at home on the Coast and most likely only uses the car on Pub Nights. Why doesn't he drive the van like the rest of the commuting MEC members, it's a 50k van so it must be top-of-the-line. I wish I could leave my car in the ALPA stall for free, better yet can I get rid of my car and use the Van when I'm there?
Block 3 Rep, you "ghosted" us after your soapbox statement, where is our Van log usage, it's our Van, not yours.
