A letter of no confidence? What is this, high school? Are you going to write a strongly worded petition next? Outside of the regionals, nobody is writing letters of no confidence.
Say you do write one and demand that the CEO get replaced. Do you think any board of directors, even if they want to get rid of the guy, is going to go ahead with it? Of course not, beceause now it looks like they are doing something because the union told them to do it.
You're over there playing checkers with your letter of no confidence.

Again MEC you need to do better, TTail isn't that bright!
Please Google and verify all my references regarding the "No Confidence" letters.
-JetBlue Pilots Voice "No Confidence" in Head of Airports System and Operations.
-On June 15, 2022, Delta MEC issued a letter of No Confidence to the BOD regarding Delta Flight Operations.
It doesn't get bigger than Delta TTail, or do you think Delta is a Regional? I'm asking because you aren't that bright and I don't want to hold you accountable if you don't know.
Do Better, Schools In, in Unity...

Either way, they should get out of mom’s basement and IMUA!
Email the entire pilot group and start a real recall drive (like has been successfully done here before), or move on to a “real” airline with a “real” union and let us enjoy our slice of paradise at HAL.

They aren’t really hard line questions. Fostro wants contract negotiations to run purely off of volunteers with no money being spent on our negotiators. Fostro also expects anyone who receives a penny from ALPA to be placed under a microscope of criticism and ridicule. Fostro thinks that being hostile to the company will make the lives of pilots better. All I see is a lazy idiot who has no understanding of how an airline is ran. All this is is someone who has never done anything to further the airline profession criticizing those that are trying to make a difference. To quote Behncke “Ask not what your union can do for you, ask yourself to get in your underwear and complain about it on an anonymous online forum”

Don't think he understands VEBA either. He complained that a MEC member wasn't using VEBA while out with an injury, sports injuries are trick things to recover from and a timeline is impossible to forecast....VEBA is a finite amount of money and if too many pilots are on it it runs out. Good on the MEC member for potentially leaving money available for others on long term disability......he boasted about his college being really good so maybe he knows more than everyone else??....he sure doesn't understand how "Unity" works

I've done some committee work, not MEC though, that said, I know the MEC is a demanding time consuming job and there is always a handful of pilots trying to nitpick the MEC with half truths and innuendo. They generally are unable to see any other perspective but their own and they think have all the answers with way less information. The more unified the pilot group is the better going into the merger the better. Then the more unified both pilot groups are after SLI is even more important..

Unicef’s CEO salary $620,000
National Rifle Association CEO salary $6,100,000
American Breast Cancer Foundation CEO salary $700,000
No MEC member is making more than executives of actual charities. Fostro out here discovering people who run volunteer organizations actually get paid. I wonder if he gets mad at Santa for not giving him enough presents. Time to grow up and stop playing make believe.
