Have you tried to have a conversation other than “what’s for dinner” or studying? Share your knowledge of your previous shop’s contract or how ALPA worked there? Making comparisons isn’t complaining contrary to popular belief here. Pull at that thread a little, it may surprise you.
So I'll ask again... What issues are you hear guys gripe about.

I do think you are sitting at a desk in Koapaka though, trying to undermine the pilot group and hurt our chances at getting a good CBA though. Not sure if I'm more disgusted or impressed that our management team would waste time on this with everthing else that is going wrong right now

I get that this contract is in some ways better than what it was before, but to (wrongfully) assume the everyone’s as happy as you are does us a great disservice for future improvements. It’s not just 5 people or whatever you said earlier. Educate yourself, it’s not difficult to get a hold of other airline’s contracts.

The way this is going, HA might not even make it to the merger. Lost 100 million in 4th quarter. Total negative 260 million for the year 2023.

Basically fumble every roll-out, never have a dedicated plan for the obvious runway issues HNL keeps having and will always have, vax mandates that basically did nothing but never acknowledge the misstep or offer a hint of a mea culpa, Japan stupidity... The reward...$millions. Seems reasonable I guess.

According to the C-suites, all is well and we are right on schedule.... Anyone who believes that should probably head back to freshman year at college and take a business 101 short course.
That was my first moment I know they were F%^ked! Ingram saying we're right on schedule (like we can't read Japan trends in the paper), and Schnook saying he doesn't know what drives the market and we don't worry about stock prices... WTF!?
Edit: This was in response to the previos page, being worried about our financial loses.

Think the group was also unhappy about forced vacation buyback as opposed to allowing a bank of two weeks or say to carry over for the next year.
Previous contract allowed you to save it for retirement or a lot of vacation if desired.
