I heard that yesterday an email was sent to pilots with conditional offers saying that while Hawaiian is slowing class dates, conditional offers are good for a year, and that Hawaiian still plans to hire up to 40 more pilots this year.

Correct; the msg also stated that if you reply, you can find out where you are in the pool. I emailed them but have yet to hear back.

Got a reply back today, but it didn't have any good info. It basically said thank you for your patience, we are determining where you are in the pool, and we will let you know when we know.
This does lead me to think that when you interviewed is not the only factor they are considering for when you will get a class date. I assume that if it was just based on when you got a CJO, they would push out class dates faster.
