Does HAL seem to hire out of any 135/Fractional operations? I know they won't do initial ATPs, but what if the ATP was from a non-121 outfit?

Yes if you really want to work there for genuine reasons.

Put it this way, everything is a steppingstone to HAL, hence the question to make sure I wasn’t shooting myself in the foot by going to a fractional vs a regional…

As a former 135 guy myself, I often wished I had gone regional to get here because as 135 you will work harder and need more hours than 121 guys. Regionals will get you here much quicker than 135 while providing more relevant training, in my experience.
