What kind of flight time do you have and what experience do you have?

Was told that the 1500 hr minimum is more for military aviators since they don't fly as much. They are still trying to use 2000 hrs as a baseline for everyone else.

The last few classes have had some ACMI pilots. Meaning at least 737/757/767 experience. So unfortunately for you now, it may be a bit competitive with your hours and experience.

Nah, let 'em taxi a 330 in the snow. That's why there's a tiller on both sides.

Hawaiian is now getting 2 more 787s on top of the 10 on order for a total of 12. They still have the right to exercise 8 more options.

Wonder if the Amazon flying will keep the 330s longer on property, especially with the cheap leasing rates for wide-bodies. Hoping to see the 787s as growth in the coming years.

Doubt it. The Amazon birds aren't ours. They are Amazon's lease. We're not even on the lease. Just operating.

The "new" 787s tell me there's going to be a fire sale on our 330s in 4-5 years after the first Boeing hits property. Kind of like how fast the 767 went away once the 330 hit critical mass. All of the old heads thought the 767 would be around for a lot longer, then poof. When it finally went, it went pretty fast. It would have gone twice as fast if not for the delays in the 321 program.

I like the 330. It would be nice to se us get some 330 NEOs. Add the 220s to replace the 717s. Oh well. I guess I have to re-learn using the terms LNAV/VNAV.
