Lowest pay for any 121 carrier in the USA. Lower than any LCC, lower than any Regional. In the past management used it as a tactic to get only those who truly wanted HAL…but In a world where anyone with 121 PIC can work wherever they want, other legacies offer better pay, faster upgrades, and better retirement and benefits could a change come soon? With high attrition and a lack of applicants you think management would be concerned with their plans for growth.

I think they know they’ll have to do something, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it in the form of a signing bonus so that when they fill the spots, back to poverty wages it goes.
