seems like you guys are saying the same thing.
what I mean is that, if there is a vacancy by the end of the year, then the planes fly next year. A planner told me, 10 months are required to put out a bid to hire and train pilots.
although one of the bosses said it will fly summer if 2024.

They've been running vacancies with effective dates around 8 months out. If the 787s are coming next year, there should be a vacancy end of this year to get pilots trained and be ready to go around fall of 2023. If they not coming in 2023, then can just expect the normal vacancy around March and be ready for early 2024.
But of course, there's that other rumor...

the 78 could be on the Feb 2023 vacancy…anyway there'll be something sooner than later.
