prior practice at Hawaiian was that they review your logbooks after the conditional job offer and when you go in for the psych test. I’m not even sure if they do the psych test anymore.

They're more concerned about changing the gender dress code than getting the unvax back.
Apparently Hawaiian hired a FA who was a trans woman, and didn't realize it until later on. That's how this gender fluid uniform thing came to be so they can be their true selves.

I hear you. That's what scares me is that things like this mean more than trying to turn a profit, bring the 787's on line or find new routes.
Not a bad place to be now, but the big three have far more opportunities and will likely net seven figures more over a 25-30 year career for a new hire.
