Usually, the quarterlies are the "big announcements." You get to see how much money you made or lost. But some things in Hawaii just don't change... "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT happening on this date."

considering our pilots uniforms don’t have much differences between the sexes I don’t think it will impact pilots much at all. Only thing I can think of is That male pilots can probably have long hair now? I have never read the grooming standards for us anyways.
