Gotta be some plausible leads on additional aircraft with those kinds numbers. 5x 787s is only prob max 160-200 additional bodies.

Exactly my thought. Why do we need all these extra pilots when the 787s are delayed to 2023 and possibly later. Something isn't adding up right.

While there are rumors of new flying, nothing is sure until the contract is signed.
I am hopeful that it proves to be real. It would be a huge benefit to all current and future pilots.
But realistically, training is so far behind it is hard to see this actually coming to fruition depending on what the time frame is.

I wonder if by August (22-02), we’ll be half or so to fill 22-01. Even with attrition, sounds like we may actually be closer to 75% by then. I’m optimistic they could Crank it up with third party sims to expedite.
