Going to a career fair and visiting Hawaiian will be very beneficial, especially with no recs. I know many people that had no recs, dis that, and are now on board.

Buddy told me they are going about processing all their current applications so they can start the yay or nay emails before reopening it again.

Would you advise someone w 1650 TT and 400 TPIC from flying caravans in AK 135 to jump ship to a regional or continue building TPIC at current gig? Pay is pretty good at said operation, but Hawaiian would be the ultimate career goal. I realize it wouldn't hurt to put in an app now just for the heck of it
