Shoes?
What are the required specs for shoes for most regionals? Are they all leather dress / Oxfords, or something else?

Black leather, no broguing. That is pretty much the standard. I have a pair of ecco slip-ons and a set of dress boots from Johnston & Murphy Larry boots.

I just buy Allen Edmund's used off eBay. A $400 dress shoe for $140 with no metal shank and won't look like **** after a year.

I use the lighted ones. You know with wheels and blue lights in the heels.
