How many places require a passport?

Tony one was when I first noticed it missing and was wondering who needed them. Second was if I could use a birth certificate instead. I live in Del Rio with a home in El Campo. It was possible my passport was in another location. So I needed to check. That took time. After looking both places. I then found myself in a time restraint do to a few interviews popping up fast.
Different threads for different circumstances. I don't try hard to torque anyone. I ask a couple genuine questions with valid concerns. I didn't take them there. I only had to defend myself from the unwarranted responses that followed. Such as in this instance. The questions have been answered. Leave it there.
