Default Flight case/rollaboard essentials

[QUOTE=StrangeBrew;2033299]I get that this thread has serious potential to go off the fairway into a bunker, but trying to keep the discussion to practical items, what are some key items to have in your flight case (if you still use one) and/or rollaboard that wouldn't ordinarily come to mind for someone new to the regional game? Medications (FAA-approved, of course) for acute maladies, chargers/batteries, gym clothes for hotel gyms, etc.??

LOL! Must have spent the whole first check at the Stop-over-Store!

What's in my bag?

A Four Day Trip for me, 22" LW

EFB, IPAD & chargers
Shave kit
3 tees/ shorts
5 socks (3 dress 2 casual)
Workout/running shorts and shirt (long sleeve in winter)
Running shoes
Jeans or shorts as per season
T-shirt
No-wrinkle dress shirt for commuting.
One work shirt
Gloves & beanie (think YYC in winter)

Flight kit/ lunch cooler
Headset
Flashlight
Batteries

Food staples>
5-6 low sugar type protein bars
3- packs of instant oatmeal
Pack of small tortillas
maybe a small Pbutter
Couple apples
A couple piece of grilled chicken or similar.
Protein powder.

I will eat out a couple time usually depending on the trip but I don't pack every meal, just snacks and food for a late night or two.

That's about it for gear

One thing I've found handy is a small power strip. Amazing how many hotels only have one outlet handy when you have 3 things to plug in.
