Heavies Allies in Axis markings
I share with you a collection of photos, some of them extremely rare, showing Allied bombers captured by Germans, Italians and Japanese. One question, does anyone know if during the Second World War a B-29 bomber was captured and tested? To see the photos, visit the link below:

The only B-29s to end up in foreign hands were when 3 made emergency landings in the USSR, which the Soviets promptly copied. None were captured by the Japanese, the RAF had a few but they called the -29 "Washintgtons" Some B-17s were captured by the Japanese.
