Default Can anyone please help me find this song?

Ok this is a crap shoot in the dark but there are very few famous spanish songs that I know of personally. This is one of them. So it's a spanish song, would be considered an old song. I don't know the date but judging by the type of song I'd say it's just one of those all time oldies you'll always like. Very acoustical usually sand with just one gut string guitar. I believe a man sings it. It's completely beautiful but I don't know the name. So I'm guessing there are only a few songs anyone here would know. If you could post the names of them I'll search amazon and see if any of them are that song.

Peace!

OK, oh vague one, I'll bite.

How about Cucurrucucu Paloma by Caetano Veloso?

Adios,

Edited Add: That song was from the movie "Talk To Her"

Don't speak Spanish, but there is a popular one that translates into "much ado about nothing"

Something like Masqa nada. Saw it in a nike commercial during the world cup.

I don't know Mr. Duck,

I'm beginning to suspect that this was a setup. I can hear it now. "Hey, listen to this great CD I made."

In jest of course.

Unfounded accusations notwithstanding, and I don't know how you feel about Wal-Mart, but you can download songs, or have them make a CD for you. I have done it several times over and I have been quite happy with the result.

They actually have a Latin Section that you can choose from. .url here

http://musicdownloads.walmart.com/catalog/servlet/GenreServlet?id=1060

If by chance it doesn’t work, the Google "Wall Mart Music Download" which will get you close and you can tunnel in from there. It provides the opportunity to listen to a piece of each selection as well.

If for nothing else, it's a pleasant way to blow an afternoon.

Adios Hombre,

I have Napster music service. Lets me download all the songs I want. However "Latin" ect only brings up the new pop stuff they are shoving around. I can't find this acoustical song. Old school. A country singer named Paul Eason sang it on the Frio river when we floated it last summer and he sang it very well. I had heard it other places too from the little bands in resturants ect. Still no luck but this is turning into a good CD for background hammock music
