Unsure?
I have about 7.5 hours of PPL training, I keep having doubts as to whether this is the career for me, is this normal? Does it take some time before that spark comes along that you realize you really want to be a pilot? I want to be a pilot I just don't know if I enjoy it!?

If you don't know if you enjoy it, then why bother? It's a long road for something you are unsure of

Why would you do something if you don't enjoy it? You aren't being foced to do it as part of a job for instance.
It sounds like you are confusing 'being a pilot' with a 'career as a pilot'.
These two are not the same.
Finish your PPL (if you are enjoying yourself) and start an instrument rating. It will be good training in any case and a requirement if you decide to pursue a career in aviation. If through this process you find yourself having second thoughts then you have a skill set that you can put to use as a hobby, but you haven't wasted any large investment into a career that deamnds a lot for no guarantee of whatever your version of success you might hold.

I don't know! That's why I am posting. I enjoy flying a bit, but I feel once I start soloing I'll really start enjoying it! I want to be a pilot really badly, it's the only career that I can see myself in, I just don't know if I like it enough. Why is this!!!!?????
