Based on the occupants of the DFW Residence Inn, I would not advise a flyby.

(I think Shamu just got out of the pool while I was in the gym.. Shamu or Godzilla.. Not sure)

Last month, prom weekend in CHA. We were at the Marriott in CHA which is next to the convention center where the prom was. Prom weekend at any hotel where the hotel staff won't put the crew as far away as possible or on the top floor sucks.

Several years ago, at the Crowne Plaza DTW, there was a convention of Michigan yachting clubs. The people running the convention invited us to join them. The hotel staff, without any prompting from us, put all their airline crews on the top two floors and had security guards at the elevators turning people away if they didn't have rooms on those floors. THIS was the best example I've seen of a hotel staff being proactive and taking care of their crews.

When the maids don't properly put on the sheets and you find yourself sleeping on the mattress when you wake up. Tuck them in, don't just lay them on. TV remotes that you need telescope to hit a 1/2 hide target to change the channel or nothing happen

The power goes out right as you're turning in and there's no way to get ice to keep your food cold.
