They are well aware of him. He got a year off in rehab after his little medical toke fest, he is on a first name basis with pro standards. You didn't actually think that pro standards actually does anything did you?

He must have gone to ALPA or the Company before the drug-test. I've been under the impression that getting popped on a drug test makes you a violator of the FAR's and thus, on the street.

We live in a crazy world. If a passenger needs a "comfort" animal to fly, I guess medical pot use will eventually be allowed for pilots. Otherwise it is discriminating against someone with a medical "condition". And denying them their rightful meds.

Either that or the EAP gives you a call and explains your options to you after you brag about toking it up to your FO's and they call the company.
