I think only one person mentioned flatbread or pita bread. I personally just use regular tortillias with sandwich meat and cheese. Lettuce is a bit tricky so that usually doesn't make it. Then a small travel bottle of mayo or ranch and your done.

I usually have enough for 1 per day and then I also pack a hot meal such as spaghetti, hamburger helper, grilled chicken w/ some type of vegetable. I have also done stir fry, pork chops and meatloaf.

All in separate tuperware that I saved from all the deli meats I purchased. I can easily get 4 days worth of meats, hot meals as well as random snacks like granola bars and oatmeal in a standard size crew lunch bag.
