As a charter pilot, I frequently see the FBO rampies get a 20 spot for carrying 3-4 bags and the pilots get jack. Good luck.

I've had FA's share when they get a big tip. One got $500...she gave each pilot a shiny new Franklin! Another one got really good tickets to a pro ball game for that night in the layover city...of course she shared since she didn't have anybody else to go with.

It evened out when I'd get a buck to clean a full honey-bucket off a beechjet.

Why not make a sign out of cardboard and hold it as people leave

It can say

"I knew what the pay was but I wanted to fly a jet really really bad and now I need money"

Since the van drivers, restaurant workers, and food delivery guys also know what the pay is, should they not be tipped either?
