So that we don't smell like a 6th grade janitor.

You're based in PHX and you wear long sleeves during the heat of the summer?

Because if you wear long sleeve shirts, most uniform regs dictate you wear a blazer with them. So, if your trip takes you to any warm weather climate, you're forced to wear your blazer if you want to adhere to the regs.

Personally, I'd rather shove my transition jacket in my suitcase until I actually need it for cold weather.

The ones that wear long sleeves don't look much better. Wearing a long sleeve dress shirt that wasn't tailored to you looks ridiculous. If you are not going to wear a long sleeved shirt that fits you properly then please just wear the short sleeved shirts.
