Here is the actual Declaration of Independence, scroll down to read it all, then on down to see the signatures.

That's why I'm drinking Sam Adams Rebel IPA today, brewed for the revolution...

Enjoy all of the fireworks..
Thanks, we tried, between the rain drops. Do they do a big fireworks show in ANC? It must be light until after 10 pm, so what time do they start the show?

It rained in most of FL all day, our town still got the show off on time, at 9pm in a light rain, but some of the fireworks were going up into the low overcast and providing what looked like a lighted fog. They show on TV of the NYC fireworks was impressive though.

The trouble ain't that there is too many fools, but that the lightning ain't distributed right.

Mark Twain

LIGHTNING

The fear of lightning is one of the most distressing infirmities a human being can be afflicted with. It is mostly confined to women, but now and then you find it in a little dog, and sometimes a man.
- "Mrs. McWilliams and the Lightning"

Thunder is good, thunder is impressive; but it is lightning that does the work.
- Letter, 8/28/1908

The lightning there is peculiar; it is so convincing, that when it strikes a thing it doesn't leave enough of that thing behind for you to tell whether--Well, you'd think it was something valuable, and a Congressman had been there.
- "The Weather," Mark Twain's Speeches
