Default Migh High Club Questions

I have long been curious about this phenomenon and have some questions about its precise parameters.

1) Does it have to occur in a passenger airplane or will a freighter be just as good? What about in my little C-172? Or the F-18?
2) Does size matter? Meaning, is it better in a 777 than a 737?
3) Does it have to be either transpacific or transatlantic?
4) Does it have to be on a redeye?
5) Do you have to do it with the captain to make it count?
6) Can the FO watch?
7) Do you have to do it in First Class or will the cockpit (get it? ) do?
8) Lights on or off?
9) Do you have to, uh, consummate?
10) How many times?
11) Do you have to plan for it or is the preference for spontaneity?

once "contact" is made, and you're up at altitude, you're officially in the club. one thrust is enough. doesn't matter if it's a Citation or a Super 80, flying hogs or flying a planeload of rednecks. good luck!

2) Dunno
3) What about trans-state? Pistons are a little limited
4) Doesn't hurt
5) Single-pilot, so um, yeah!
6) Refer to #5
7) 310, not many other options
8) Depends on if they work in the first place
9) Depends I guess
10) Are we talking multi-leg trips???? HA

I've often wondered why Denver doesn't count.
