Jeez I don’t know. If you have ever read their testimonials section, they seem to be ranked right up there with the second-coming.
Maybe Regina was just all grumpy from having to think up and type all those testimonials.

I also stopped buying from pilotshirts.com last year after the switch in ownership. One shirt had a manufacturing defect. Sent it back and the replacement shirt had a hole in it. Sent that one back as well. She called me to tell me that the hole was my fault, because I opened the bag using scissors (I didn't). The bag they use is a USPS bag and was opened like a bag of chips. She insisted that I opened the bag with scissors and refused to send another replacement or refund my money. After a few heated phone calls of going back and forth I told her to keep the shirt, and I disputed the charge with my credit card and got the money back. Will NEVER buy from them again.

With service like that, they deserve to go out of business.
