Thanks guys - I thought it just may have been me, but after thinking about this overnight, now, I'm even more ****ed and even somewhat curious as to why Regina at Pilot House would be so rude and disrespectful. Her spitefullness with the fact that she didn't need my, or my fellow airline pilot's business because she already served plenty airline customers is baffeling. She totally dissed a tremendous number of pilot's potential business for doing that. In the end though, I guess that I'm just not used to being treated like that from someone whom I have given my hard-earned money. Yep - we should all "vote" with our wallets. Cheers.

I wore Pilot House shirts for about 20 years. The last batch of Pilot House shirts I bought were poor quality, so I switched to Landerwood about 3 or 4 years ago. I like those shirts a lot... the first batch are still going strong! MUCH better quality, fit, etc.... and they look and feel more like high quality dress shirts (I grew up in the clothing business).

I second this. I've used pilot house for years, but the last batch I got had sleeves about an inch longer than normal despite ordering the same size, and the material, while heavy weight, comes out of the dryer extremely wrinkled. All my previous shirts, if you hung them up immediately, there was no need to iron (although I usually do anyway). These shirts look like crumpled up paper.

I received the same crappy customer service from Regina about a month ago. She's single-handedly bringing about the demise of Pilot House. Guess I'll be using my uniform allowance elsewhere next year. Sucks for them!

Do not use VF Solutions, either. I bought some 15 1/2 neck, and it was like wearing a garbage bag. They apparently think all pilots are very fat.

Maybe that's what "VF" stands for? Very Fat?

Yeah, they don't cater to the "first 1/4 of your principle earning years" pilots. Wait until you get to 3/4

Default "Customer Service" hung up on me

Wish I had read this thread prior to trying to order with Pilotshirts.com!! Their website showed shirts in stock, I ordered 5. Called this morning to check order and was told that 2 shirts had shipped. I asked why, and stated that the website said the shirts are IN STOCK. Her immediate answer was "no it didn't" I asked if she always argues with customers, then asked her to cancel my order.

She hung up the phone. Within minutes I got the following email. Note, large font and bold print is copied directly from the email. I guess she was shouting at me. Last time I will consider using Pilotshirts.com!

Order was cancelled and we have removed you from our database.

Thank you.
