Default Soviet era Job's programs

Anyone ever see this before? I can't imagine why it would need so many buttons and knobs to start an airplane unless it was a way to keep people employed!

It's like a Seven Two. Crank the APU, bleed the APU, fuel to the engines, turn them, get electrics off the engine driven generators, unload the APU.

A real jobs program is an AN-124. It keeps 2 FEs employed because the panel is so big you can't reach from side to side.

This looks like the bridge of the USS Enterprise on Star Trek. Flashing and beeping and buzzing...switches, knobs and levers.

I've seen that before!

Why thats the same training routine that was used on the “Primates in Space” (Space Chimps). Those Rooskies are pretty clever indeed.
