Anybody using adjectives as nouns:

We're gettin' moderate here at 11. Moderate what, Clown?

N123 crossing the active. Did you mean crossing the runway?

Y'all asked, so y'all have to put up with it!

Whenever I hear "got 'em on TCAS", I want to respond, "roger, maintain TCAS separation", but I would get in trouble.

"checking in"

"Center, what does your radar show down there?" (esp internationally)

Gringos that completely butcher the names of control sectors internationally

Agreed, or with you. I always want to say "welcome, we hope you enjoy your stay." Or "Are you against us"

Yes, I think some awareness of traffic is better than none whatsoever. There isn't really a good way to convey this to some controllers, although by now they should be familiar with ADS-B and maybe understand what TIS is (maybe not though). In the last few years they weren't though and you could have displays that showed the call-signs and airlines coming into terminal areas due to the new combined tcas/ads-b transceivers installed in A-320s and others. It's kind of trying to get past the interim where more aircraft are being equipped with traffic displays, yet they aren't to be used for separation. But, something is better than nothing here IMO.

Pilots that read everything back word for word, instead of saying wilco when applicable. The rest of us want to check in and check back out.

There's no good way to convey it because it really doesn't matter to the controller. He has procedures, and he's not interested in our gee-whiz toys. The only thing he cares about is our MK-II eyeballs, and all he wants to hear is "Negative contact" or "Traffic in sight."
