Innocent until proven guilty. It's possible a giant spaceship from the planet Zyrtog landed while no one was watching and aliens got out and stole a bunch of stuff from the neighborhood, but without any evidence, it's meaningless to say so. This case keeps coming down to the point that GZ had multiple exit points and there's no evidence to suggest the guy with a Dr Pepper and skittles wanted to start a fight. That leaves it at the fact that we don't really know who instigated the fight/confrontation, but we do know who had several opportunities to stop and was even recommended to not pursue. That also means that we don't have anything to say that TV didn't instigate the fight, so it's a possibility and why GZ is free. One american shouldn't just be free to blow away another one and if no one is around claim it was self defense, but on the other hand those rights have to be preserved. It's a delicate balance and this case ended up in the middle.

White on black crime is not as prevalent as black on white crime; which does not even come close to black on black crime. If Jayz wants to protect the lives of innocent black children I suggest he start with a boycott of Chicago instead of Florida.

They just keep giving face time to the racists of their community who seem to speak for the entire population. If you are out somewhere and someone stops you and starts asking you questions, you answer them. You behave rational and respectful. You don't assume "Hey he profiled me" and resort to profanities or worse, starting a fight. Why would you? You wouldn't do that to the cops?
When I was in college, I went to a party in the "sticks" and the party hosts told us to park in a certain area. Well, that area was private property and the owner was not happy. When we returned to our vehicles, he was waiting and was NOT happy. Even though he was angry, nobody in my party or I did anything to escalate the issue. It was probably the reason why we went home that night with lesson learned instead of a trespassing charge.
Use your brain bro. And to think you're an airline pilot and you lack such basic reasoning skills???

you're right, I should know better. it was just a scenario I was trying to make that could possibly lead to fighting and not necessarily the the first course of actions to take.

Prove that Treyvon had the upper hand. You're simply assuming. That doesn't standup in court, which is one of the reasons why GZ in NOT guilty. The prosecution failed to convince the jury that GZ is guilty. The case is closed.
