Idiot with stuck mic in BTV on 05/18
I was tempted to post this in the regional forum since I'm convinced that's who it was, but just in case it's not....
Some knucklehead thought he'd crack a few jokes over the PA (maybe a repo flight), but they were transmitted on BTV tower freq instead. Bravo to whoever you are and thanks for the laugh...
LiveATC - 05/19-KBTV-0030Z-0100Z - about 11 minutes in...

"Stuck mic" is giving the offender wayyyy more credit than he deserves. It's clearly a switch error. He thinks he's talking on the interphone (I hope - otherwise he has seriously bad judgment on top of not being able to operate his comm equipment).
You can hear the mic cut-out when he stops his transmission. If he were truly stuck mic, there would still be ambient noise like movement or breathing possibly and you wouldn't hear the transmission click off.
