I think IAI had a twin-boom turboprop cargo aircraft.
Don,t know if it had a ramp in the rear.

You are correct. It is the "Arava". There was even a US operator that was using them for awhile. It looked like an egg and used a couple of PT-6's. I believe they had some sort of clamshell type rear door. I have seen them personally, but never with a rear ramp.
