Default Jane Fonda: "I made an unforgivable mistake"

“I made one unforgivable mistake when I was in North Vietnam, and I will go to my grave with this,” Jane Fonda says on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

A mistake? No. She made a conscious decision.

Jane knew exactly what she was doing. She sure puts a lot of spin on how she ended up on that gun mount, posing with helmet on, and singing an anti-war song. Yep. She sure was tricked into that one as she alludes too.

IMHO: A half-arse attempt to validate why she decided to pull that stunt near Hanoi. Jane must once again need some good press for some upcoming event.

Not reading the article. Did she say the one serious mistake was going to North Vietnam.

I still say she should be hung for treason, then shot to make sure that she didn't survive the hanging.

The mistake was the night her parents conceived her.

No mention of being sorry for betraying U.S. POW's at the Hanio Hilton when they tried to pass their ssn's in the hopes she would relay to their families back home that there were alive...

3 of the prisoners died as a direct result of her betrayal.

For all the good Oprah has done she just lost all respect for giving Fonda a public sympathy outlet.

Never been much of an Oprah fan, but she lost credibility by giving others a more favorable outlet as well.
