How far?
What's the farthest you've taxied to the active, how long did it take and at what airport? This should be interesting!
Right now, I can only speak from a passenger point-a-view, but I'd say it was 3/4 of to about a mile; 5-7 min; IAD.

Had a 3.5 to 3.75 NM taxi to parking at ZBAA last year. Took about 12 min behind a follow me vehicle.
Probably about the same distance taxiing out to 14L at ORD via the route through the hangars on the north side of the field.
Longest taxi out was probably about 2:00 at ORD via the route above.
Longest taxi in from runway to gate was about 6:15 at LGA back in 2001 when there were no slot restrictions so we ended up with a huge mess. We landed and had no gate and without an ORD style "penalty box" to wait in, we had to continually circle the field waiting to get in.
Longest time on the plane with passengers (on ground after boarding) waiting to depart was about 7:15 at ZBAA waiting to depart last year.

Longest distance, no question; Narita, the short runway, landing the wrong way, and then taxi all the way back around to the W6 gateway for parking. Had to be at least 6-8 miles of taxiing, Took about 25 minutes without stopping.
But time wise, JKF after a snow storm many years ago, pushed, were number 45 for de ice, got deiced 3 hours later, taxied for 2 hours, then the weather front passed over and the wind changed to the NW, so they 'spun the airport' we had to taxi to the other end of the runway, behind everyone else, to maintain the correct order, another hour, then took off.
I hate JFK when the weather is bad! Too much of a cluster fk on the taxiways.

Pilot: IAD Rwy 30 to Landmark - 2+ miles. Tempted to kill kittens.
PAX: JFK-IST at least an hour @ JFK, I was beginning to wonder if we'd have to refuel, really didn't mind as I was in Business Elite (thank you DL miles).
Taxi inbound @ DEN (DIA?) and DFW (after 4+ hours in a cramped RJ) were also memorable.

Narita landing on 34R and taxiing back to hardstands around gate 209 (34R cargo area) is one of the longer ones in recent memory.
The longest I've done is at the old Denver Stapleton Airport, so far we thought were concerned we'd melt fuse plugs if we aborted the TO.
It was one of those summer thunderstorm days and traffic was a mess. From the terminal to 17L which was about 18,000' and we were something like number 15 in line. Then the wind shifts and they turn the airport around, so they have everyone taxi down 17L and head for 35L another 15,000'. A few guys took off before the wind shifted again and they turned the airport around for 17L again....another 15,000'. By that time most of the other aircraft taxied back for more fuel, we were tankering fuel for our 15 minute flight to Colorado Springs, fat city, so we got right out We probably ended up taxiing just over 9 miles.

Thanks for putting up the taxi diagram HSLD, that was the one I was trying to describe in my earlier post. 34R, get off at the far end, then have to go allllll...the way back around the airport, but a few months ago they were doing work on B and C, so they had us going in and out, back and forth, from B to C and back again, on S6 and S8, then finally wrapping around to A, to W6...to the gate! I remember looking at the ACARS after we shut down, and it was right at 25 minutes after landing, and we didn't hold short or stop at all.
