If women want a piece of dying in combat "pie", let them eat it.

Combat requires a special mentality that is more often found in the male of our species. Sorry, if that is not PC. Many men should not be in combat. Go into a kindergarden class and watch the kids. Which ones would you pick for future service? The ones playing house or princess (boys or girls) or the ones fighting and playing war, or cops & robbers, or cowboys & indians, etc. Don't try to argue we raise our kids that way. They are born different. Men and women are different in more ways than the physical. The problem with today is we don't let boys be boys. For some reason it's not PC to be male anymore.

Are there going to be a few female exceptions to the rule that would do well in combat? Sure, but very few. Never lower the standards, always raise the person to the standard.

Yeah, because no man has ever crashed a military aircraft due to pilot error.

I can't take my eyes off it.

I guess I'm just naive. I had no idea misogynist Neanderthals with inadequate penis issues still existed. Coming here is sort of like going to the zoo without having to put clothes on.

Are you ok with your daughters being drafted?

I only wish that approach had worked for me in 1968.........

To the gentlemen (or females) standing up to the neanderthals and misogynists----a heartfelt thank you. Thanks for not joining the group think so prevalent on here sometimes. It's very refreshing and has not gone unnoticed.

Right. That's the issue for people who don't see the big picture. The issue for everyone else is combat effectiveness.

From what military experience do you speak so authoritatively? Or are you just spouting off an outside opinion?
