Boeing Outsourcing 787 Pilots To Non Company Workers To Perform Flight Training

Does anyone see this as a potential risk?

Cool...thanks for the info Grumble. Wasn't sure if this was a new trend from Boeing or if this is common among the airlines nowadays.
