how do you delete one of your posted threads
#11
Let's remove the parentheses and see what we get:
"We typically delete a thread like yours."
But then you went on to give reasons why you wouldn't delete his thread which is confusing unless you meant to say what USMCFLYR alluded to:
"We typically DO NOT delete a thread like yours."
This sentence jives with the perceived intent, especially give your parenthetical additions, unless, of course, you meant to say:
"We typically (almost) never delete a thread like yours."
If that's the case, we have learned how incorrect placement of a parentheses can cause confusion. Also, one final modifier to the whole sentence as a whole which I feel brings it all together in an intelligible manner:
"We, the Mods, typically (almost) never delete a thread like yours."
And now I'm just nitpicking, but a better word for "typically" might be "normally" or "ordinarily."
Don't you have some bad weather to go fly in???
I'll be down in the DFW area come mid-December.
See you soon.
