I usually do as follows:
•Undies, undershirts and dress socks for the number of days that I'm on-duty +1 set (in case of an extension into day off).
•Sport shorts for lounging around.
•Work out clothes along with sneakers and 1 pair of socks.
•1 pair of jeans/shorts
•2 t-shirts (I like to alternate)
•1 small toiletry kit
I also carry a duffle bag for miscellaneous items such as a lint roller, small medical kit with band-aids and alcohol wipes, etc. But one thing that I stress that you put together is a small laundry kit. (I.e. laundry detergent packets, dryer sheets, and a laundry bag). The reason I carry this, especially during the winter months, is because you never know when you will get stuck at an outstation during a nasty snow storm! (plus I used to fly charter and frequently did laundry on the road)
I hope this helps...
Cheers!

I'm trying to get a little more prepared here lol
Although you limited your question to a four day trip, a more challenging packing list is what I typically face when starting a 15 day reserve block.
On day two I was recently called out for a "quick trip to EWR and back," but after a few revisions I currently find myself in Singapore a week later!
Long block international trips require an entirely different strategy and packing list. But my point remains the same: as a new hire be proactive and ASK what others do. Smart move!

You're ****ing me off. I know that we share a skill set that most mainline guys can only dream of. We can work washing machines with instructions written in many different languages. I bet you can order beer in several different tongues too.
