Default Uniform Shirts

I've heard some pilots talk about finding the white shirts that were made of a thicker material than the norm. Can somebody please tell me where these can be ordered??? And just another quick question, how do you like the long sleeves? Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but I thought I'd start here.

Pilot shirts.com, hands down the best shirts for the money. They're oxford material is great for winter. Long sleeves are nice in the winter if you only wear the blazer.

Just switched to the Crew Outfitters Oxford and it's an awesome shirt, durable, and best of all 60% cotton. I used to be a Cut Above guy, but having switched I can see how cheaply made the Cut Above shirts are.

Pilot House shirts are the best I've come across so far. Tapered fit really makes all the difference for us tall guys.

Default Uniform Shirts

I have always liked a cut above's because of their padded collar. I have noticed a drop in their quality especially since they started producing in China.
Does pilotshirts.com have a padded collar?
